After I realized that I'd made a mistake when ordering an arrangement online, I emailed David.  He called me promptly and solved the problem in  the most gracious and kind way.  He was a pleasure to talk to, and assured me that he would see to every detail of my order personally.  I was so impressed by his warmth, professionalism, and eagerness to please this first-time customer.My sister got her exquisite birthday flowers yesterday, and she absolutely loved them!  She sent me a photo, and I could see how stunning and colorful they were.  David's artistic talent and attention to detail were apparent.Thank you, David!  My sister and I are now customers for life!

I walked in to get flowers for a bday. I wasn't greeted or helped. I literally walked around for 10 minutes when finally a lady walked up. I told her what I was looking for a she made me feel like I was an obligation. No thanks, I won't be back.

I needed flowers for a funeral at almost the last minute. 2 days before, needed all white. He said he could do it, and he was on the premises of the memorial park, and was very calm, (because I was not)  said don't worry, it will look very classy. I was feeling horrible about not being able to attend our sweet friends memorial. We were out of town.

I live in the Sacramento area and was looking for a good florist in Thousand Oaks, as my daughter lives there. I read the reviews on David Jeffrey and was sold! I sent my daughter an arrangement to celebrate her new job. She was thrilled and it was beautiful! I would highly recommend this florist!
