Bought a home in Walnut Creek, had Roof Doctors do the inspection while in escrow and do the needed repairs with warranty after escrow closed. First major rainstorm a month later there were leaks. A re-inspection flagged additional repairs, half was covered by the warranty and some was new work. I agree with the cost of the additional work and repairs, do not agree with the cancellation clause in the contract. The repair work is scheduled over ten weeks out, if we have rain again (it's now rain season) and try and get someone else to repair the leaks I would still owe 50% of the Roof Doctors estimate even if they did no work. I do not feel comfortable with a leaky roof November thru January and having to pay them if I have to get someone else to do the work. Services: Roof repair, Roof inspection
