I have had Wander for a month now and I am very pleased with it. Previously I had Spectrum. Spectrum did a poor job of their wiring installation and their charges had crept up from $45 a month to $60. The Wander installation has hardly any wiring and is faster than Spectrum, and at $25 a month is a genuine bargain.

I got Wander last month and I could not be happier. My speed is very fast, even when I am downloading large files and streaming Netflix and Hulu in 4k. I love that I am only paying $25 per month, before I was paying $70 with Spectrum and ALWAYS had issues. I have to add that I love that Wander is a local company because I am so tired of the big monopolies that don't have the best interest of their customers in mind.

So let me start by saying how happy I am with my new internet provider, wonderful Wander! Let's be honest, in Santa Monica there are really only two devil options--the Frontier Fios Fools and the Simply Slooow Spectrum...I enjoy alliteration :) Needless to say when I heard about Wander coming to Samo, I signed up right away at the end of 2019, but sadly was told it was not yet available in my specific area, sigh. Flash forward four months later, I was contacted by a Wander rep and was told it is now up and running in my part of town near Main Street/Ocean Avenue. I went on their very easy to navigate website and picked a time slot appointment for installation and never looked back since. The day before the install, I got a call from Wander and spoke to a very nice gentleman named Noah who spent 45+ minutes talking to me about the company, their commitment, resources, and answered all my little questions. The next day, the installer was 100% courteous, professional, and so efficient with the installation of the equipment. He first checked for the signal strength from the roof of our condo complex and then found a spot for the small, secure antenna. Finally, he placed the little white hub inside and tested the speed overall. He explained to me all I needed to know about the equipment and saw me login too. Moreover, he also gave me a cute reusable tote bag, magnet, and pen! So far, I've streamed Netflix, Apple TV, and Amazon seamlessly, downloaded some games, completed multiple Zoom videoconferences, watched Youtube perfectly, and connected my Alexa home portal and security cam without a hitch. It is fast, reliable, and problem free so far. If there's an issue though in the future, they gave me a booklet with a clear troubleshooting guide with direct phone number and email, but I don't think I'll be using that much or at all. In the end, I wish this company started years ago because it would've saved me so many headaches and money down the toilet from those clowns at Frontier and Spectrum. Now I pay a flat $25 per month for the best internet service provider I've experienced here on the westside. I'm praying I never have to switch again, but this time around I'm confident that I'm in great hands with Wander. We got Wander internet few months ago and we couldn’t say enough how grateful we are to finally have a reliable, consistently fast internet. Their speeds are amazing and we have 4 iPads, 4 computers on zoom at any given time plus 3 TVs streaming Netflix, Hulu all the time. On top of that they are only $25 per month and customer service is amazing. I highly recommend getting Wander if you can - it’s the best!
