Hollywood Sunset Meditation

If you’re looking for change in your life, this is the place to be. I was always curious about meditation and holistic practices but never found a formal way to gauge my level of progress. Nor have I ever deeply reflected about myself, my life, preconceptions, habits, everything. I went from meditating 1x/week to 3x/wk and now doing it everyday. The meditation instructors are there to truly support and encourage you. They are so selfless and genuine! This method has given me hope and healing. I’m wishing for everyone to give this a chance to see for themselves too.

What an amazing experience so far! I have been practicing this meditation for almost 4 years now and can truly say that this is the most important thing you can do to better your self and your future. I was a very unfocused and distracted type of person who never thought I could sit still and take the time to meditate. But now I’m able to sincerely do things without overthinking. The guides are truly the kindest people you can ever meet who want to help you on your path in finding peace and most importantly finding Truth!

I love this place! This is the first time I have met people with so much patience and understanding. Personally, I have always felt disconnected from other people in life. Though I never show it to other people, deep inside, that’s how I felt. Through two years of meditation here, I gradually got rid of this weird feeling, and found out what my true problem with people is. I’m not saying everything is perfect now, but I just know I have a place to turn to. Whenever I’m facing a hardship in life, the helpers in the meditation center are always there for me, and with this meditation it is guaranteed that I will find a solution by the end of the meditation session.

Ever since I started this meditation my life has drastically changed for the better. I’m no longer trapped in my thoughts, and feel much more free. I feel like I can do anything because I’m no longer bound and trapped in my limited thinking. I highly recommend this meditation practice! Its hard to explain such a beautiful thing, you have to experience this yourself.
