November 2, 2017 look on Facebook an ad for Love Pets photography was raising money to save street dogs. 
November 7, 2017 I make a donation by phone of $150.00 for Best friends Tax ID # 23-7147797 using my Capital One credit card. Pamela (employee of Love Pets Photography) informs me that the fundraiser is to help save dog lives. Also informs me that for having done that donation my dog can be in a charity photographic exhibition.November 14, 2017 Pamela calls me to ask me what were the favorite toys of Khloe, what activities we do together, that if as the rescue of the street, if I have someone to care for her when I work, that if where I work, that if I live at home or apartment , that if I live alone??? They said they wanted to know about Khloe's routine with me. Sunday, November 19, 2017 at 8:30 am I took Khloe for the photographic section in which one of those photos would be exhibited for the collection of help to save the street dogs. At the end of the photographic section Teena asks me if I would like to see the photos taken from Khloe. We headed to the projection room where the lights were off and only the photo projector reflected on the wall the pictures taken. Teena board the issue of when we lose our dogs is a very big sad at that time I started to cry of just thinking that someday that will happen and Khloe is very special in my life. Teena asked me if I would like to buy a package so I would have a memory of Khloe when she died. I asked for the cost of the package and she says "THIRTY NINE SEVENTY EIGHT" I think as it was for a good cause and the price was reasonable I told to Teena that I would like to buy 2 packages. She has a laptop on her legs (which she never directs the screen to where I was sitting) and she asks me if I would use the card that it was filed from my donation of $150.00 I say yes. She tells me to check my address at the top on the left side of the laptop and gave me the total verbally "EIGHTY SEVEN, ELEVEN". She leaves the darkroom and goes to the lobby to print a sheet where I had to sign and set the date. We continue talking about the life of Khloe and how good she has been in my life. After almost 2 hours we headed to the lobby where Teena print a sheet where the information appears to purchase and it was given to me folded. 1/2 hour later having breakfast at Farmer Market I unfolded the document, and I realize the amount that I had charged $8,711.82 was not the amount that I had been verbally informed, at the time I communicated with Teena to tell her to cancel that order that the information she gave me verbally was not the same. Teena informs me that they will communicate with me the next day Monday November 20, 2017 to settle this matter. Monday November 20, 2017 at 7:04 am I send an email to Pets Love photography to ask them to cancel the photo order,. Teena informs me that she has no solution yet and that the photographic images had already been sent to the lab. November 22, 2017 at 5:30 pm I speak with Teena and I ask that in our phone conversation I can include another person who is bilingual to avoid a misunderstanding. She refuses and tells me that I can't have another person because I am the cardholder credit card. November 28.2017 at 12:02 pm Love Pet Photography leaves me a voice message asking me which of the 2 packages to choose. January 13, 2018 I went to talk to Glenn Addison (the owner) and explain what happened, he told me that he is going to call me on Tuesday January 16, 2018 after he speaks with his bank institution to resolve this issue.Glenn Addison did not call me. A week later I sent an email asking for answer and he told me that he had no information about it yet. Instead, Mr. Glenn Addison lied to Capital One saying that I had signed a purchase contract (Teena gave me one sheet of paper for the signature and date of the client) and, also Mr. Addison sent a copy of the receive for the merchandise which I never signed off.February 6, 2018, I return the photographic packages to Love Pets photography. I am paying the debt to Capital One of $8,711.82
