The pharmacist here was attentive, empathetic and incredibly kind. Helped to ensure I was taken care of and went the extra mile.

Good luck getting them to not hang up the phone on you whilst you are mid-sentence answering the question "How can I help you?". Called twice in a row, thinking the first time was just a dropped call. Hung up on again at the same moment. Incredibly rude. It's shocking that folks who behave like this are employed at all in any customer service capacity. Needs corporate intervention on retraining and/or replacement.

Absolutely disgusting service. Urgent medication Rx didn't get filled for 2 days, despite promises to fill in an hour, again, and again. Horrible!

This is the worst pharmacy in Los Angeles. After witnessing it too many times I had to make a post.  The people who work here are so rude. It disgusts me how they treat people who obviously need help. Everyone from the people who assist you, to the actual pharmacists, are completely oblivious to how to interact socially with people. And Veronica is the worst of them all. She is completely desensitize as a human being.

This is a waist of time for expecting a change from the staff, because they obviously dont care, but this is for you who read it. This is the worst pharmacy in Los Angeles.
