My dad has passed away leaving a truck with a loan, one of which we struggled paying for and ultimately being repossessed after Christmas, which was terrible and the bank was a mess of a situation. However Juls at the repossession place was beyond amazing and has a great bubbly personality. She was genuinely sorry for our loss and helped us get all of our belongings from the vehicle. She was enthusiastic to help and knowledgeable. She really made this unfortunate situation easier for us and helped us to know what to do in order to collect those items. If you are decent, they are amazing. It’s not their fault, they’re just the middle guys. Yes, they charge storage fees (didn’t apply to us as the loan was my dads and we were only there to get our items from within), yes there is a process to get your items- bank release & then calling to make an appointment. It is not their fault if someone defaults on their loan, they’re only conducting business. Is it agonizing painful to go through, sometimes moreso than others, but it is doable and just takes some waiting for papers to process.

If I could give a negative star review I would. A company that is immoral, dishonest and borderline criminal. The storage fees are exhorbitant and draconian. They will charge you for a full day of storage even if they had the car for less than an hour which is exactly what they did. They kick people when they are down. I can barely believe it is legal. I am glad I don't make my money this way.
