I am a small business owner who was having issues with a PCI Compliance scan. The failed scan kept referring to an open port. Having to be my own IT person (since it is a small business) and not getting any help from my internet provider, I Googled IT providers and gave David a call. To my surprise, he said he would be able to stop by my business that afternoon to look at the problem. It ended up being a simple problem to fix (however, way above my capabilities) and I appreciated his conscientiousness and follow-up. I will certainly call David again if I have any IT issues!

I got a notice from Century Link (or so I thought) which captured my computer and prevented me from getting rid pf it. I called Dave Maloney at Rapid Networks. It happened that he was able to come to my place in a surprisingly short time and get rid of what turned out to be a Trojan. He also installed an "admin" connection so that he can help from his office. I trust him to keep my confidentiality. Thanks, Dave
