We’ve had Dave come out twice for several issues. Both times, he was fantastic. He was very honest in his quotes, and he even took the time to have me send pictures of the property and the issues before he came out. Both times here, he has pointed out other items that could fail in the future, and has educated me on how plumbing works. I have never felt like I got the run around, a sales pitch, or anything other than the services discussed. If I need any work done in the future, I’ll be calling Drain America. I tried to us DA however the owner/worker seemed insulted I taped down heavy construction paper for him to roll his machine on as I have new hardwood floors. He said it was not necessary and rolled his machine off of the paper. There was plenty of room. I pointed it out and he got angry and left. He asked if I was serious. UPROFFESSIONAL

These folks are great! Got annoyed with an issue I had in getting my final scope but once we realized where the communication failed, David was on it! And it was partially my fault so can’t blame them. The repair was prompt and the price was very fair. These are real people and I like that. Thank you!
