David fought day in and day out for my husband and my family. He is extremely honest and never wanted to submit lies to the court. It’s rare to find a lawyer who is honest in a court room and who genuinely cares about your family and your case. Because of David, we were able to expose extreme lies from the other party, as well as severe parental alienation where the mother would feed the child lies, and blame the child for her lies when really it was her, etc. the list goes on, she’s very ill and I am beyond grateful she’s starting to get exposed for who she really is. He knew from day one that severe alienation was going on, and he was able prove that through the child therapist, CFI, and even the judge expressed gatekeeping. We went from zero parenting time to almost 50/50 after 4 years of no time. I only wish we had found David sooner to save this kid from sickening lies and pain. It was emotional and extremely hard on us, but he didn’t give up on us or the child involved. We are thankful to have this kid back in our lives who we love to death. David is an amazing person. He’s a rock star and will do all he can to prove your innocence and get your kid back in a safe, alienation free home! David knows every law by statue without having to even look it up.
