      image I called him up to get a quote for some repair services on my house. I told him I was in East Hartford and he misheard me and said "Hartford? I don't do business there." As I was trying to correct him by saying East Hartford, he hung up the phone. I called him back and told him I lived in East Hartford, but first impressions are everything and I don't appreciate somebody who can't take the time to listen to someone especially when I'm trying to offer them a paying job.
