        Recently had a problem with my hot water in my apartment. Rich couldn't have acted any quicker. A professional was there that day to fix the problem. This is the same experience I have always witnessed every time someone in my complex has had any issue.

        Horrible company. Got locked out of my apartment after hours and no one ever answered so-called emergency number after 5 calls and voicemails, they did not even bother returning the call the next day. Their after hours team is basically one guy with a cell phone who may or may not be available. avoid at all costs.
