Quick and reliable appliance repair companies are hard to come by. Service companies in general, actually. But this one was definitively different with their fast-paced, professional approach to assisting their customers. My oven has been repaired and because of that, I was saved a lot of time and money. Repairing appliances is very lucrative if you want to save money on your investment! I highly recommend looking into it before deciding to replace your appliances.

The tech was great but I felt completely taken advantage of for a 10 dollar part that took them less then 45 minutes to install and was charged over 300.00! Then I felt insulted that he told me he was giving me a discount. What is the service rate 280 and hour? If you decided not to do the repair it cost you 130 dollars anyway .. so you pretty much don’t have a choice.. lose the money or do the repair for a crazy amount of money. Also the tech diagnosed the problem just by me telling him what was wrong not even touching the dryer... when I expressed my disbelief of the cost I was told a manager would call me which not surprising they never did. Only satisfaction I have is my dryer isn’t broken anymore but I couldn’t recommend this place based solely on that.
