This is a very clean and convenient hotel. The customer service is always excellent in my experience. However, I am tired of constantly smelling marijuana smoke in the public areas, and in my most recent stay immediately in the lobby, in the hallway, and leaking into my room. This is supposed to be a smoke free hotel, but it clearly is not. I have real sensitivity to smoke and scents in general and Im very disappointed that I cant stay at a smoke free hotel and be guaranteed that experience. I have experienced consistent, coughing, and breathing irritation due to the fact that there is so much smoke in the hotel. Rooms: The rooms are clean and well cared for. The biggest problem I have experienced multiple times is a great deal of smell in the hotel.

Update: The evening manager Analyz is amazing, always goes beyond. The staff are all friendly. We stay here frequently for work and we are always welcomed back with a smile and great service. Also rooms are renovated now, love the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen.

The front desk staff was great! The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious! The pool was very nice! The breakfast was really good but the staff ruined my experience! I had a cup with me that was a lil on the big side and one lady told the other lady and she quickly came up to me and told me that I cannot use my cup! That I had to use either the glass or the disposable cup! I was perfectly fine with that until another guest came down to breakfast with the same exact cup as mine (shape and size) and she was never approached by either women and BOTH women walked by the guest and said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to her! The guest was able to use her personal cup with no problem! And both women looked at me as they allowed her to fill her cup! That left a very bad taste in my mouth and ruined my Birthday Weekend experience!
