Every time I call, if it’s a female they are rude as ever. I spoke with a gentleman named Paul who was nice as ever and that made me feel good. Had to put down a $370 deposit and after looking a reviews I’m sure I’m not going to get that back. If I’m paying on time what’s the deposit for? Such a scam

This company is a joke, upper management is incompetent of running a business. I’ve had power shortages for a few days and no response from them. We also usually have billing problems, total joke. A high schooler could do a better job running the company.

I have had a great experience with them till it was time to move. Why would you make customers put down a deposit if you’re gonna just release it without any letter stating that it has been released? That $210 deposit could’ve covered the $209 that was left for an ending bill. Now y’all want me to pay the $209 plus your 141.57 that was added. I never even got the first bill to have a final notice for June 15th. So unprofessional. How the hell can anyone maintain their credit score with y’all’s negligence?

Delmarva Power is the worst! Electric company ever! I sure hope they go out of business! What a poorly ran company! Those higher ups need to be fired! They don’t even know what professionalism means! Or how to talk to the general public!
