This company is a front company for ADT to avoid any liability with security fraud and faulty equipment during installations. ADT/Defender installed ADT sensors and COMCAST sensors during initial installation and deny any liability for risk factors from another company's security devices. NICK is the manager, whom no one can contact, and Asha Nunez along with Wendy of ADT did nothing to follow up to my repeated request for cancellation of service. Be sure not to get involved with ADT & Defender, your home may be at risk.

If I could give negative stars I would. We responded to an ADT ad and had ADT set up our system. The Day after My Wife called to find out why we didn't get all the sensors that were promised in the ad. When she realized it was for "Wired" systems she asked them to cancel they said they would send us a form. We never received the form and have been trying to cancel ever since. She has called over 20 times and either gets a VM message promising someone will call in 24 hours or conveniently gets disconnected. We have been waiting for that 24-hour call for over a month now. We also found out we signed up with Defenders. We have no paperwork from Defenders, Everything says ADT but ADT says we are not their customer. We have been trying to cancel since the day after the install and they are playing games with us. BTW I am still trying to cancel. Update. Finally got the system cancelled after my home was burglarized and the system did nothing. Tech showed up with a Sales guy who proceeded to show me pictures of blood stained walls from other break-ins stating their system, that just failed, would have saved lives. I showed him my Kimber 1911 ant told him to take his system & fear tactics, and gtfo my house. I bought the Ring system and lived happily ever after. I use ADT adds now when I run out of toilet paper. You just need to wet them a bit.

This so called ADT Co. Came out installed nothing I asked for. They are a disgrace, dishonest and I could go on and on. They want 1300.00 to cancel my service and I have only had it for a week or so. ADT does not own this contract for 13 months. Really and they a senior citizen to pay them 1300.00, REALLY!!! MORE TO COME.
