Cycling 101 Shop

I needed to replace my brake system which i thought was broken, and I brought in a system which i had purchased to install at the shop. Roberto informed me that the system was actually for the front wheel. He then informed me that my brake system wasn't actually broken and adjusted them for me at a good price. He could have lied and let me purchase his brake system but he was honest with me. I will definitely be coming again for all my bike needs and I believe this is the best bike shop in Miami.

This bike shop reminded me of the America I once knew. The small business shop with warm and candid owner who treats his customers with care, excellent service and is proud of the high quality products he sells. The driven business owner who is proud of his work and goes the extra mile to service his clientele. I am not a cyclist or an expert, but I was treated as if I was one of those seasoned regulars who were there the day I bought by beach bike.

This place has great customer service. I took in a used bike I just bought for for a tune up. It was fixed right away and at a fair price. I will be back if I ever need anything else.
