Avalon Family Vet

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are incredibly money grubby and would do whatever they can to get as much as possible out of your pockets. My dog wasn't eating at one point and they charged me to complete tons of tests just to come back and say nothing was wrong (meanwhile, another vet we took him to afterwards was able to tell us what was wrong and help us out without a single test nor $800). Our other dog was taken to get his shots and without any notice they hyped up our bill with a senior exam in addition to a regular exam that ended up costing us over $300 before even asking especially since HE'S NOT EVEN A SENIOR YET. These people are scam artists honestly and I would never recommend anyone to them. They had the nerve to email us an estimate of the dental cleaning that they "highly recommend" we do for another $1000 when we already said no. We've gone to this place for years due to having a previous owner in the past but since the ownership has changed, it's definitely shown that money comes first. I get business is about but that doesn't always mean you have to scam people. So glad we will never be stepping foot in that office again.

We absolutely love Avalon Family Vet. Dr. Morosi is truly the best, and the staff, DeeDee & Bri, at the front desk is amazing. They all went above and beyond when it came down to our sweet baby boy. Their customer service, listened intently, answered every question I had, and how they cared for our dog as if he was their own. Its so rare that you find a vet facility with that provides family feel, and I am so glad to have found Avalon Family Vet. Highly recommend! Thank you Bri, Deedee & Dr. Morosi!
