Let me first start with the Pros: * Jamie and his team were very responsive to our questions * They were able to transverse the convoluted zoning team in Coral Springs very quickly, and one of the quickest turn arounds in sign to permit of all the companies I've used for home improvement. * They did try to fix their mistake Cons: * Due to communication issues between the broker and the people doing the work, they never stamped our concrete while it was drying which initially left us with ugly (sorry for anyone who likes the colour of concrete) when we were expecting a stamped concreted to mirror the look of stone. * The overlay that they had to put on top of the concrete started chipping off immediately. They came out and patched, but within the week it started peeling off again. * The paint that they sprayed on the drive way is chipping off In summary, if the job was done as it was expected to have been done based on our meeting with the saleswoman, this review likely would have been 5 stars. Though to review what I actually have, I now have a drive way that is a couple months old that looks like I've had it for 10 years and it's falling apart. If you are going to hire this company, please expect to be very involved in micromanaging to make sure that you get what you ask for and pay for. ***EDIT 3.6.2023 - Jamie had his team come out the same week that I posted this review. I have increased the rating from 2 - 3 stars. I just do not think that the overlay will ever stop chipping off of the top, so for me, it's hard to rate it anything higher. Again, the company is very responsive and quick to act. But I just think my issues will never go away and I will continue to have the chipping issue that would not exist if the job was completed to spec initially. Thanks to concrete solutions today I was finally able to close out on my permit . The original contractor got sick and I was stuck with having pouring a new slab for a new room addition . Jamie and his team came in ,followed all the notes on the plans and had me ready to pass inspections with in a week .

Excellent service. The workers were friendly, on time, professional, and respectful. Careful with my furniture and belongings. The marble floors and marble countertop looks Brand new! Everything is sparkling. They honored its 5 star service. Reliable business.
