        The manager at this location (Adam) spent almost 2 hours with my daughter and I ensuring our phones were properly set up and offered for us to come back if we had any issues. He was patient, kind, and helpful with all of our questions. I also appreciated that he didn’t try to “up-sale” us on a bunch of add-on services or products. First time in my life I can say I had a fantastic experience with a mobile carrier (previously we were with another carrier).

        My wife and I were told by Sprint support to visit a local store to get SIM cards to swap over to the T-Mobile network. We waited inside the store that had two other customers for nearly 30 minutes never once being acknowledged by the workers inside. Our situation could have been handled in seconds but they never bothered to ask or acknowledge that we were waiting in any way.
