Tree Doctors

FOUND ON CRAIGSLIST!! I was very impressed with Tree Doctors. When I called their office, they appeared to be very professional, they were able to come out same day to give estimate and called me with a price within 3 hours of my initial call & email to them! THAT IS WHAT I CALL FAST SERVICE! They did the work the same day. When they were done with extensive tree trimming, my yard in immaculate shape. I am definitely going to use them again :) BY THE WAY I had contacted over 15 other tree trimming companies(in the last 30 days), and received only one estimate a week later they finally emailed the estimate. Do not use Ward Tree Service. If it took them a week to email the estimate, I figured it would take them even longer to schedule the work and when I asked for a revised estimate (to eliminate some work) they advised me that they did not do work in my area, which they said they did work in Tampa when I first called. This is my second no show appointment with this company and will be my last, very unprofessional, wasted 2 Mondays waiting for them to come out for an estimate with no show, regardless receiving several confirmation sms/emails

If I could give this Tree Doctor negative stars I would definitely would. -10000 John came with his team to remove tree and was promptly paid every time. They did not finish the job. Have all the branches still in my front yard that they said they were going to pick up. As well as the stump still there that they were supposed to grind/remove. DO NOT DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH JOHN. NEVER COMMUNICATED BACK. Such a scam Service: Tree removal

Would not recommend. After receiving several quotes for tree trimming and removal, we decided to give Tree Doctors an opportunity to meet or beat the best quote we had already received from another company per their request. They were delighted that we were willing to give them the business and agreed on a price. After several text messages that we initiated, we were asked if they could return to our property so that John's partner could see the job in-person since he was not present at the time John provided us an estimate. They revisited our property and further discussed the job. Before they left, we were told they would contact us in a couple hours to let us know when they could get us on the schedule. After they left, we never heard from them again! I'm sorry, but this is completely unprofessional. If the job was going to take more than what was originally anticipated, that could have been communicated to us so that we could decide what we wanted to do. Instead, by completely ghosting us, we are only left to write a poor review. Customer service goes a long way with us and unfortunately this business does not value that. Professionalism is hard to find these days!
