If I could give six stars, I would. I was out of the country for about 10 days and Teresa cared for my 16 year old basset hound, which is no easy task. My old girl is sweet, but has arthritis and doesn't see well. She has good days and some not so good days. Teresa texted me every day, two times or more, with status reports, an even sent pictures. I love my old girl dearly, and was not at ease with leaving her for more than a week. However, Teresa's messages and pictures put my mind at total ease and I was confident that my furkid was being treated with love and care. When I arrived home, the condo was immaculate and my girl was clearly happy, healthy and in great spirits. In fact, she was looking at the door at about the same time that Teresa would arrive for her first visit of the day! No doubt, she loves Teresa and next time I am away, I will call and arrange for her to watch my old girl again. Also, this company is thoroughly professional, very well organized and run by Deborah. Licensed, insured, bonded and release forms are provided ahead of time should your furkid need veterinary care in you absence. This is a first rate company!
