Horrible customer service! They don't answer their phone.. I have called 6 times and nothing..I went in to use the restroom before paying any d they tell me no. Only employees go next door.. Why have a restaurant?

Absolutely no one eating inside when I ordered a take out.... That should have told me something... Food was poor for the price. Not going again!

(PLEASE READ THE END OF THIS REVIEW; its a real shocker!) I've been coming/ordering from here for 2 1/2 - 3 years. We ordered $44 of delivery and it was TOTALLY mess up.. Every item was way too spicy and I EAT SPICY plus I order the same heat level every time, so clearly a mistake in the kitchen. Ok... "Stuff happens" but what really makes it from slightly bad to horrible is how I was treated when I went into tell him that his long time loyal customer had his order messed up. Even though he confirmed it was THIER mistake (I had my exact order digitally recorded as it was done on an Ap) he literally offered nothing and was arrogant and rude. I told him I noticed his rating on Google (which is what INITIALLY led me to the place 2.5 years ago) had slipped from a great 4.2 stars to an ok 3.5. He then said to me (and I quote): You believe those things? Last week I HAD A BLACK GUY COME IN HERE AND ASK FOR FREE CHICKEN FRIED RICE he said if I didn't give him he leave me a bad review! Wow... I'm not even black and I was offended by this line of crap. Terrible service with a side of racism served extra hot! If they have away free food I wouldn't go back.
