After a terrible experience getting completely scammed by atlantas best used cars, we went to carvana. The customer service was completely lacking, but I ended up with a great vehicle. The 7 day no hassle return policy makes this place 100% worth doing business with. My mechanics checked the vehicle and it passed everything, I'm able to get to work now. Yay.

Absolutely the worst car dealership Ive ever dealt with. Employees are awful and misinformed consistently. Purchased a car in January, by April when my temporary tag has expired, my permanent tag still has not arrived. Supposed member of leadership on the phone told me sorry you did not get the answer you wanted when I told him 3 weeks before a fellow coworker of his told me I would receive rental compensation as they strive to keep customers satisfied if this happened. Also, they did not get the registration out till nearly a month after I purchased the car. Theres the issue, they need better policies and turn around time for registration to ensure this does not happen. And, when it does, they should, like many other successful organizations, work to help their customers besides suggesting their hands are tied. Lastly, the state I live in, according to Carvana employees, does not allow extensions of temporary tags. I called my local tag office, and they all said this is very inaccurate. Do better Carvana- better onboarding practices, better communication, and better leadership. Also- do not bring a car to someone uncleaned just to meet the time slot. Edited to add- upon viewing many sites in heard to this organization, this is all very very common. Do yourself a favor and pick a more reputable car dealership.
