        Don't go here for anything important...like a 20 year anniversary.  I showed up after ordering in a day in advance, the order was not prepared--sad part is they didn't even realize it was in the que.  After waiting for 20 minutes the roses were hurriedly put in a plain clear vase (no bow, no extras). Had to tell them to make it look better ~$80 order.  I also ordered two balloons, they were out of helium.  Naturally, I wanted a credit refund but he said it would be tomorrow...the manager (who's not around) had to approve it.  Got cash back for the balloons but will never go there again...waste of time!

        The service is great but the prices don't match the quality of flowers. I ordered a bouquet and it was more of the cheaper flowers than anything. I paid a pretty penny for the bouquet as well.
