Evan did an excellent job selling our home. His extensive knowledge of the local market helped us properly price our home for sale. Evan's expertise and attention to contract details resulted in a seamless on time closing. His responsiveness to our questions and requests was very timely. His marketing team did a fabulous video presentation for prospective buyers. He is professional, courteous and has a great personality. In 2023, due to some health issues, our family made the difficult decision to sell our condo at Wailea Palms. My wife and daughter went to Maui to prepare the condo for sale and pick a realtor to list with. They interviewed two groups and due to the informative meeting and presentation, settled on Evan Harlow and his team. There were a few deficiencies that needed to be dealt with during the sale and Evan was very professional and had his regular trades and handyman look after these in short order, allowing us to close the deal in 10 days from origin. As a former realtor, we feel that Evan did an excellent job for us, and we will not hesitate to recommend him in the future. Evan knows the business and the area very well and can move quickly and get positive results. He has excellent common sense too!

Working with Evan was absolutely great and he made the whole process of looking for the right property easy, comfortable. Never at any time did I feel pushed towards a property. He listened to me and what I wanted in a property and did a great job finding me a property that I'm very much looking forward to be living in.
