Maui Florist - Kolonahe Creations LLC

I booked and paid for several leis months in advance and was delivered as promised to our hotel in Wailea. The leis were beautifully made and the flowers were fresh and fragrant. I did call and text a few times leading up to our delivery date to make sure there were no communication issues after reading the reviews (and also made a backup order with another florist). If there was anything negative, it would be the leis could have been delivered in a box or package to maintain their integrity. Overall I was happy with the products and they were perfect for our photography session the next day.

Do not order from this company. Never delivered flowers for my grandma's funeral. Then they tried to charge my credit card 6 times. They don't return emails or calls. I will be reporting you guys to the Better Buisness Bural. You guys need to be put out of buisness. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I would put negative stars if I could.

DO NOT order from Kolonahe Creations. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to ease heartbreak in my family; at a time when I couldnt be there quick enough because Im on the mainland. My payment was accepted but my floral arrangement was never delivered. I tried calling several times and no answer. Sent emails and never received a response. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company because I cannot even connect with someone to cancel the order. So not only did my loved one never receive the flowers, but now feels absolutely terrible because I paid for someone that was never received. Please so do make the same mistake I did. Order elsewhere!!

WARNING! Please DO NOT book florals through this company. They accept your payment, do not deliver, and completely ghost you. I had to dispute charge on my credit card to be reimbursed. Owner is experiencing personal challenges and is unreliable and criminal. The rating would be 0 starts if allowed.

Do not use this florist. We ordered lei for our May Day wedding and they did not deliver half of the lei we ordered and paid for. What was delivered was unfinished and looked tired. When we tried to call her she did not answer, she just sent a text that terrible events happened today, which seems to be their M.O. I had compassion for her until I read reviews in which the same thing happened to other people. Clearly this business is not professional or trustworthy. What goes around will always come around.
