The office was very nice when i called to schedule a septic pump out. Good scheduling times. Frank called the day of the pump out and asked if he could show up early. WOW what a change from most any company, didn't keep me waiting all day! I love that. Quick and complete with an inspection to make sure all was good and in working order. Have used Master Rooter before and will use them again. Thanks.

I called the office and a very nice lady said they could be out within a couple of hours to unclog a drain. When I asked for an estimate, she said they don't give estimates because every job is different. Then I said "As long as it's not five hundred dollars," which she replied to by saying no way, they wouldn't be in business, they are a third generation local business and are competitive. Two plumbers showed up (one would have sufficed) and immediately gave me a price of $580. They reduced it to $400 if we removed the toilet and put it back. They cleared the drain (snake, then camera) and collected cash. Absolutely ridiculous. Other plumbers I called charge between $100 and $250. I should have waited, but wanted the drain cleared. Would not use them again and will make a complaint to the BBB.

When I was to have new tile replacement in my bathroom, it was discovered that there was extensive leakage in the toilet area. Steve did all he could to help me and when the repairs and replacements were finished, Steve rearranged his schedule so that my new toilet could be installed safely and quickly. I am so grateful to Master Plumbing (and Carly the representative in the Meridian office) for all their help in restoring my badly needed bathroom facilities.
