        We called for information on a controller. Greg arrived within 30 minutes, diagnosed that my pump was defective, changed it out and upgraded my controller. Let me know what was happening every step of the way and made sure we understood the process. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and my new pump!! Can’t wait to get on the water filtration list. HIGHLY recommended!!

        Greg first helped us when the circuit brakes for the heat tape in November. He sat under the house in 10 degree weather until it was all thawed. He came in afterward and explained all we needed to do going forward. Then in December our Water pump finally died. The weather, spring break and Covid made it very difficult for him to get in, but this week he called and said he could get it done. He did more than expected and had an amazing attitude. WE HAVE WATER!!!! (And a whole bunch of empty water jugs.) Thanks so much Greg!!!!

        We have had to call Dale twice for our vacation home. He answers the phone every time where everyone else went to voicemail. He has either come out and fixed immediately or referred us to someone who could. We appreciate his quick and honest service.
