I have worked with Ray and the concepts he presents for several years now. I improved my trading greatly as a result. Then I took his advanced training and have improved more. The exercises take you through a process that teaches you how to trust your own analysis of a given situation. It gets to a point of being intuitive. Some people will say that you can't teach someone to be intuitive. Ray's training proves that to be incorrect. It can be learned. It is intensive training that teaches you the how, why, when, and where as well as who you trust. The brain starts to wire itself in a different way as a result of the training. Because of that, I can see a trading chart now and "know" whether to get in or not, and why as well as where. The training also carries over to other things. I took Ray's training to become a better trader. And I am a better trader. I am also a better employee, father, friend, and naturalist as a result of his training. I continue to go over the steps because each time through the process, teaches me more. It becomes exploratory in terms of "how far can I take this?" I may never get a full answer to that question, but it has taken me much beyond what I thought I would be able to do.

IDT is a comprehensive and life-long tool that lays a solid foundation and processes to achieve self-actualization. I attended the first live training in Chicago in late 2013 for the purpose of identifying areas in my trading that could be improved and/or maximized. What I didn’t realize at the time is how far-reaching the impact would be in other areas of my life. When I had periods of time in my life when I didn’t actively use the tools, they always had an underlying influence that governed my decisions and behavior. Every time I come back to the training, I discover both a broader and deeper understanding of its value. In addition, the material has evolved to become more relevant and useful and will, no doubt, continue to evolve as we do. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to improve their performance as an individual or team creator/manager, and if used properly, it will be a great aid in creating the best possible quality of life for yourself and those around you.

I've known Ray for several years and been through his training and I’ve experienced the incredible improvements he makes in our brains to filter through information and focus on what's important. This is critical to our ability to make the fast, effective decisions we need in order to excel in any field. He has an easy going, relaxed but very powerful way of helping us uncover what's holding us back and strengthen the skills we need to maximize our decision making while reducing stress. He upgrades the Operating System of our brains! Not only do we perform better but the self-examination process he leads us through to help us uncover our obstacles to success is a life changing experience.

How can anyone possibly use all the talents, resources, opportunities, information, and time afforded them to give the most back to their Creator and the rest of the world? Ray’s exclusive training will teach you how to build tangible trust in yourself and then in your colleagues by the only way possible – by doing the necessary work – but based upon a foundation of the core beliefs and key behaviors which will elicit a state of High Intuitive Function. What better way to be a good steward of what we have been given than to live our lives in a state of High Intuitive Function while encouraging those around us to do likewise? A true adventure awaits anyone who earnestly embarks upon Ray’s training.

I went through Ray's program back in 2009 when he first developed it. The things I learned about leadership, time management, value creation, and goodwill were instrumental in building 3x successful small businesses since that time. Now, as an executive coach, lean six sigma practioner, and I4.0 Consultant I view his program as the next generation of cultural development.
