As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Ashley and her wonderful dog Remy! Such a great experience I had and the prices on the each item is so affordable I walked out with a handful of things for my five dogs. I already told a lot of people to shop there!

Staff were so friendly and helpful as I prepared to bring home two adopted kittens! Wish litter boxes hadn't been out of stock so I didn't have to travel to petsmart.

Absolutely wonderful place to shop! The store is very clean, and Ashley was super helpful. My dogs are picky with their food and I got great recommendations. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We love going to Bentleys! I cannot recommend this store enough. The staff are all so friendly and very knowledgable about the products. They are always there to help with a recommendation, if needed. They also take the time to get to know all the doggies/pet parents that come in. They also give a tasty treat, if allowed :) Its so cute! The store manager, Ashley is always so helpful and truly is such a sweetheart! We love when she brings her adorable doggie, Remy! My dog practically walks me here daily lol. The store is filled with many options for treats, food, toys, clothes, etc. We love this store and love that its family-owned! They also do cute doggie socials throughout the year and have samples for dogs and cats. So lucky to have Bentleys in the West Loop/Fulton Market neighborhood! If you haven't been here yet, its located across the parking lot from Jewel-Osco with tons of free parking! You will not be disappointed
