Very rude on the phone. also has false advertisement on their website. wont even take the time to talk to a potential customer. i would not recommend their service!!

I contacted Sennings Cleaning Service after my basement flooded due to sump pump failure on my main and backup pump. They came out that evening to assess the job and started removing water and damaged carpet at 7pm! They came back the next day to finish the job! They were absolutely wonderful during a very stressful situation and handled the job with the utmost professionalism. They quality of work, attention to detail, cost, and so much more were top notch! I would recommend them to anyone for any of the variety of services they provide!

I was looking for an affordable and professional carpet cleaning service and that was exactly what I received. The owner (Rick) came during the time frame that we scheduled and he did a fantastic job. Very conscientious.
