FRANKS GARAGE DOOR SERVICE

Garage door stopped working. Worn out - very old. Wanted to find small business specialist to do a new opener installation and also be someone I could call should I need garage door service in the future. Found Franks. Service was within a few days (I did not have an emergency, and there was no need for service sooner.) New opener was installed, lower edge of door needed new seal, and Frank gave lots of advice and information for operation and care of the new system/unit. Franks is as good as you can get, I am sure. Exactly the service professional I was looking for.

My problem required a simple fix. Another garage door service company asked me no questions about the type of garage door opener we had, just made the appointment 6 days out. Frank asked the right questions and talked me through the simple fix, which I then did on my own !! Saved me the time waiting for a service call AND the money...great service!

Where do I start? My Wife called in a panic; the garage door would not open and couldn't get the car out to get to her Doctor appointment. I made a few phone calls and thank goodness Frank (Frank's Garage Door Service) answered the call. Frank said that he was working locally and would get there asap. Frank and his Son were able to get there within an hour. My Wife was able to reschedule her appointment for later that morning. It's not often that you have an emergency and find someone to help!. There was no "upcharge" or "emergency fee", just a friendly smile and kind words; "All fixed, you're good to go". Thank you Frank and Michael for saving the day! You're the best! Will recommend Frank's Garage Door Service to all my Friends and Family

Awesome service, great personality, fair pricing ... job well done,! I wish all service providers took lessons from Frank. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. Our garage door spring broke on Sunday morning. I called Frank 9:30a Monday morning, he was able to arrange his schedule to come over by 12:00p and fix the issue quickly and done by 1:00p. In addition, he fixed some other minor issues with the garage door and explained to me how to better maintain my garage door so it would last longer. When I am ready for a new garage door opener, I will immediately call Frank.
