Take your car here if you don't care about quality, losing money and dealing with one of the biggest scammers in Indianapolis, Ryan Rice. Even the dealerships on the south side of Indy know him as Lyin' Ryan. I know because I had to take my car to a dealership to fix Ryan's mistakes. He can't even match up an impact sensor with the right car!! He's a money pit and if you argue with him he will threaten that his Daddy is one of the best lawyers in the city. I' m sure apples don't fall from the tree in this family since his Daddy seems to not care about his son tarnishing his name in the Circle City. If you read Lyin' Ryan's bio it will tell you he is inspired to open up his own repair shop one day. (One day when hell freezes over because you have to know how to work on cars first buddy, sorry!) Aww, cut him some slack! His only credential is that he was the best mechanic in his graduating high school class, haha. Don't lose money, don't go here!! There's a Church Brothers up the road that concentrates on quality!!

Last year around this time I got my passenger window busted in on a Friday night. I called all over and was getting quotes for $180 - $280. None of those places could fix it on the weekend and I needed to have in done before Monday. An individual from this company met meat at a junk yard where he replaced my window and got me a few more parts I needed (rear bumper - backed into a pole, right fender - St. Bernard chew toy). He installed everything for less than I was getting quoted from other companies for just the window. This guy was awesome and I’m sorry it took me so long to let you know. I appreciate all the help.

Price was not that great. All windows needed to be tinted again because of ripples, but they only redid a few. The reason the did not redo the others? "Dog hair in the car." They also did not put my door back together and now I get a lot of wind noise right I next to my left ear. Now, at about a year later, the tint is peeling off the windows and I don't think it is worth my time to let them replace it as a part of their lifetime warranty.

When I made the appointment, he told me that he could get the right windshield for my 2011 Sienna, and I even gave him the right Toyota part number. He showed up with an aftermarket windshield that didn't have the heating element on it (I've subsequently found out that aftermarket windows aren't available for this model yet). When I started asking questions, he told me that the original windshield didn't have a heating element, and that the wires attached to the windshield were actually to ground the windshield, but he couldn't explain to me why a windshield would need to be grounded! Then he told me that I didn't need a heated windshield anyway. And then the story changed again, that he would attach the leads to the new window with a "high modulus , low conductivity urethane," and that would somehow make everything work just fine. Then he told me that the windshield he had on the truck for my van was the "only one in the state," which was the same line of horse manure he told some other poor sucker he was talking to on the phone while he was removing my windshield. At this point he started to get the idea that I was very displeased, and offered to come back in three days with a real Toyota windshield, but by then I'd had enough of lies and intimidation and I told him to pack up and leave. Thoroughly disreputable and dishonest. POSTSCRIPT: When I related the above story to the guys that installed the right window into my van, they laughed and said,"Yep, that's Lyin' Ryan." They had worked with him previously at another glass repair shop and said that they now fix a lot of his jobs.

I got a great quote from them, about $75 less than the other 2. They came to my job, an hour and a half early actually - no extra charge. The guys were friendly and seemed to do a good job. There's a crack on the plastic that holds the windshield at the bottom now, but I cannot say for sure they did that. Easy to work with, nice guys. Ryan the owner seemed nice enough and gave me good instructions. I'm a business woman, and to me, being on the phone with one client while in the presence of another is poor customer service. I also realize though that this is how he communicates with clients and can understand. I would definitely recommend them to others. My windshield looks SUPER awesome now.
