        I just spent about an hour of my life playing around on hold with the print center! Due to previous mess up at this location, I called to verify my online order would be ready at the promised time. The young lady who answered the phone at the print center continued to put me on hold for extreme amounts of time. About an hour & 18 calls later, A fine young man answered the phone and was able to verify my order in under one minute. Upon speaking with a manager, she giggled and claimed that this is normal when helping other customers. I'm confused as to why one would even answer the phone if you aren't going to help the customer you're speaking with?!
