        The outside of the apartment building was in good repair but not the inside. Im thinking the bedroom carpet was 30+ years old. When we toured, the previous evicted tenant was sleeping near the doorway.

        I got what I paid for from these people. Cheap rent= Cheap service=everything is gross and moldy. No one else to blame but me. I still hate the day I found them on the internet and signed the lease and put a portion of my life living in one of their properties. But that's all in the past. Time to move on.

        Not sure what their deal was, I called they said they had one apartment available, but on website, it said otherwise, so I don't know who's the liar at this point

      I’m sorry you had a bad experience. You are correct the person we had evicted was sleeping on the floor. I woke him and made him leave. I initially showed you another unit in the complex in a different building. That apartment was move in ready. You even told me you thought the unit was great. But you needed a unit that had no steps. I showed you the second place that has a step free entrance.I told you the apartment was a mess. At that point I had not even had a chance to remove his abandoned belongings. The carpet was filthy. It was installed in 2017. I have since cleaned repaired and repainted. It was rented this morning. I would be happy to post pictures of the unit including the carpet. The way it looks now. It saddens me that you would post a one star review about me showing you an apartment that I warned you was a mess.

      Ok. You never rented from me.You were 1 of 4 people who moved in illegally with an old woman is a 600 square foot one bedroom apartment.After she lived there for 4 years.We gave her notice to move because there were too many people in the apartment. When you would not move we evicted you.Yes there was mold growing on the bathroom walls when you moved out. I spayed down mold with scrubbing bubbles. It washed right off.There where thousands of dollars in damages. The only thing gross about the apartment was the filthy way you chose to live.

      We had one unit available. It is now rented. So I have nothing currently available. I have received notices for two other places. These will not be available until middle or end of October. The web site lists these dates. There are several other places I have deposits for. I do not take the adds down until the new tenants move in. These are listed as application pending.So if we say we do not have anything currently available that is not a lie or deception. They are not available. Even if they are on the websites. I do not know exactly when they will be available until I get them back to see what I have to do. One of these coming open on October 1st the tenant has lived there for 8 years. I expect it will take me about a month to update and repair.
