It was good at first but there is a serious lack of communication between their billing department and you or at least that's what happened to me and then they bent me over the barrel I'd only received one bill from them that was stamped Final Notice for what started off as a trivial amount they never told me anything prior to that but yeah they can remember to give you a call before your appointment the dental hygienists are pretty okay

I took my daughter for Dr. Cotton for her Pre-K checkup. She had never been to the dentist before and was pretty nervous. Dr. Cotton and his staff did an outstanding job making her feel special and cared for. They were patient and funny. They even found cute names for all the tools to make them sound less scary. My daughter came home with a pair of gloves and a mask and a print out of her xrays. , she played dentist all night. I couldn't have been happier with our service. Plus I even got a discount for paying in full. I would highly recommend Dr. Cotton and his staff.
