        I took my dog here and he caught a respiratory infection and they refused to pay the vet bill & claimed it was Kennel Cough. I have 2 dogs & only the one that I took there is sick! The "owner" saw my Yelp review and said he's email me. NEVER happened! I sent an email requesting the "owner" call me, NEVER happened. I called and left a message requesting a call back. AGAIN, NOTHING! They claim they care about your fur babies, but I don't believe them! They can't even reply to messages!

        My doggo always loves going here. They are always welcoming and more than eager to work with him. He is a bit combative when it comes to nail trims. They work with me to have a good plan to ensure he gets the services he needs. I feel their monthly plan is reasonably priced and provides a good value for the services offered. I definitely would recommend to anyone who asks.

      Hi Michelle, we are deeply sorry to hear that Scrappy Doo isn't feeling well. Please know that we care about every dog in our care and take every complaint seriously. We have thoroughly investigated your concern and found that Scrappy Doo was brought to our Scenter in July, October, and November. However, it was only recently that you reached out to us regarding your pup's kennel cough. Unfortunately, kennel cough is a highly contagious upper respiratory infection in dogs, and it is difficult to pinpoint the exact cause or time of infection. Based on our previous conversations and the timeline, we cannot conclude that our Scenter caused the kennel cough. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and we hope that Scrappy Doo feels better soon. We have made repeated attempts to assist you, but it seems we have reached the end of our ability to help. We appreciate you trying out our Scenter and we wish you and your pups all the best.
