Wisdom teeth removal procedure was great no complaints there. But they had me pay everything upfront out of my pocket and told me my insurance would refund whatever I paid. Little did I know it was gonna take 8 months for me to finally get paid a fraction of what I paid because they messed up my insurance claim. Also, my insurance never actually paid me; they paid the provider so then I had to get a refund from this place for money I paid! All this trouble because they didnt send out a proper claim with the right information. My insurance didnt even cover any anesthesia because according to them you guys didnt specify in the claim that it was necessary or recommended. I spent months appealing for my insurance to pay for my wisdom teeth removal. The doctors are good but know what youre doing when it comes to insurance because they will have you pay upfront and then youre gonna have to deal with your insurance yourself to try and get refunded a fraction of what you pay. And on top of that they wont send you the money. It goes back to them the provider. Im young but I definitely learned what not to do when dealing with providers.
