Joel G. was great to work with for our home inspection. We are first time buyers and buying an older home that needs work. Joel patiently talked us through issues he saw and made cost-effective recommendations for repairs. He is incredibly knowledgable and willing to explain. His report was very thorough and he provided additional information on issues that came up in the report (such as mold mitigation and asbestos abatement).
