One of the worst experiences I've had with a small business in Texas to date. The quote cam back quick and everything after was a disaster. They asked for pictures which I provided. Gave me a reasonable quote. Booked the project like a normal transaction. Then it was radio silence. Their team showed up randomly on Wednesday morning with no notice at 7am. The roto-tilled the side yard, then left. Didn't knock on the door. Ask any questions. Nothing. The owner called while I was in the middle of COVID testing and when I called back 4 minutes later, did not respond. Apparently the ground was what they thought it was and the job was going to cost an extra $700. They decided it was better to just leave for the day and not say anything until I got an email that night. Agreed on the extra cost and again, heard nothing back. 2 days later, they let me know they're coming out the following Wednesday. It rained, no one showed up, no one called, no one emailed, no one answers the phone. I email requesting the use some of the extra sod (2/3 extra of a pallet) to fill in the front of the fence. No response. The team shows up randomly Thursday and starts working without even knocking on the door. They finish up, leave, and that's that. No watering instructions, no details about the work, and they didn't fill in the front of the fence. I asked repeatedly about it. No returned phone calls or emails until 9 days later when the response I get is "We never agreed upon adding the extra sod for in front of the gate. We can order another pallet of sod if you wish, but that's the smallest amount we can order. The cost for 1 pallet is the highest rate as the sod farms don't like cutting for just 1 pallet. But 1 pallet would be an additional $849+tax. Just let us know if you would like to order the sod." If you're still reading, instead of calling me to quote to lay down 2-3 extra strips of sod I ALREADY PAID FOR, I get this response nearly 2 weeks later. To recap: they ripped up the yard for over a week and left it. Miss quoted Do not answer the phone or emails. Do not coordinate the work. The first photos are what they left my yard as for well over a week. The second is nearly 2 weeks later of what the yard looks like walking up to where the did the work, which I get to fix now on my own dime.

TLC is reliable. They've done a nice job with lawn care and weed control on my property for years. Highly recommend.

These guys were incredibly professional! They did a thorough, beautiful job of installing my Zoysia sod grass. Quality material, gorgeous lawn, great staff.
