Jerone was a wonderful technician. Very professional, very knowledgeable, knows exactly how to fix problems. He also point out issues that needs to be fix in the near future like damage gas pipes, filter etc. I love this company and their services. Today is the coldest day of the year, my heat stop working, I called about 20 places trying to get someone out here but no response, they are close or they don’t have enough staff. This company J W HVAC/R came 30 min after calling them, they had every thing possible to fix what was broken, they have the man power and they are very efficient. Service: Heating maintenance

Excellent experience. The failure in the furnace (which other companies failed to do anything about without a service contracts) was quickly and meticulously fixed at a reasonable price (it was an emergency). The technician took extra care to check the whole system, even in parts that were not related to the issue. Excellent job and highly recommended.

Jerone did a great job fixing my boiler. I woke up to no heat & hot water on a Sunday and he arrived within the hour. Very thankful for his quick availability and efficient work resolving the problem. I’ll definitely be calling him for both my AC & Heating Maintenance. Prices are fair and quality work!

After getting fed up with the high prices of the big local companies, I found Jerome a couple years ago and couldn’t be happier. He is sharp at diagnosing HVAC issues (he successfully solved an issue two other HVAC techs couldn’t), extremely professional, and reasonably priced.
