        called the guy. answers the phone hello instead of addressing business name. briefly tried to explain situation with pair of shoes i needed restored before bringing them in, he kept cutting me off interrupting me saying need to see it need to see it ... theres too much competition for shoe repair for you to be that rude to a potential customer. definitely taking my business elsewhere and if youre reading this you should as well.
