Extremely terrible customer service. I called to ask if they will be able to provide some alteration services and asked for a quote. The lady I spoke to barely let me get a word out and talked over me and even before I could ask for what I needed, she would say loudly that she cannot do anything for me except I come into the shop and show her what I need.

I love Katerina. She can alter anything! She takes jobs other tailors have said can't be done. Try her and see how talented she is

So called this place to try to find out information if they would be able to alter a dress, the lady started talking over me didnt let me explain anything and then hung up on me. I called the place right back and told the lady she was being rude and she started shouted oh i have a customer i cant be on the phone in front of a customer if i cant see the dress i cant tell you anything bye, if they would have listed to me i would have told them everything, very poor customer service

I dropped of my nicest coat (and investment for me) and a pair of pants in late July, Came back 2.5 weeks later, it was not ready, waited 3 more weeks (as she told me she had weddings to do that were more important and I understood) and came back, she did not have my clothes and wasn't sure where they were and thinks they "may" be in storage. She asked me to come back this weekend. My husband came back with the ticket for me. She did not have the items and did not know where they were and wondered if they may be in storage. She had no answer and asked him to have me to come back and look around for them, but wasn't sure if they were even in the shop. Next week is October and I have no coat. I told her it is difficult to come because of work and week days are impossible. she has told me two times she would call me and has not. I am very sad that she seems to have lost my clothing, including my best and only fall coat.
