The staff at WeWork helped us host an event for Twin Cities Startup Week and were amazing! The space was great and had excellent amenities, but it was definitely the staff which stood out as the wow factor.

I thought that this would be the ideal working space for me. It was central, beautiful on the inside and had what I needed (and some). However, customer service was lacking BIG time. For starters, I booked my appointment online and was sent a calendar invite with absolutely NO communication or instructions on where to park, who to meet, how to access the level (the elevator was only accessible by keycard)- nothing. I had to ask a complete stranger who was downstairs what floor the space was on and just by luck some guys were going up there and let me in. When I got there, I let them know of this issue. They were genuinely apologetic so I continued on with the tour. The sales person who was scheduled to give me a tour was gone, so the community team member did instead. She was very sweet and it was by her interaction that I was still considering a membership. Unfortunately, there was no follow-up communication after my visit. I mentioned during the tour that I was very adamant about finding a space ASAP and asked if the sales guy would send me a price sheet of all the options, that way I could choose the best for me. I still haven't heard from them til this day. I am understanding that things happen, but I already communicated the lack of communication once and I shouldn't have to chase you down AND pay you $300+. It's unfortunate because I was really looking forward to working in this space, but I can't bring myself to spend a large sum of money in a place that doesn't acknowledge me from the jump.
