Bi-State Cremation & Funeral Service

I will never use this service again. There wasn't a lot of compassionate communication. They listed my brother's death date incorrectly on the obituary. Then, when we got the cremains home, the death date was even later than originally posted. Kind of made me question whether I brought the correct cremains home. Very disappointed.

This will be my second time using Bi-State. I returned because I had such a great experience with them the first time. Second time same thing. They make you feel comfortable when dealing with loss and trying to lay a loved one to rest. They make it so easy from the price details online to simple fast paperwork. They guide you along the way if this is something you dont have experience doing. They will communicate with you every step of the way. The people there are very nice and professional. I will recommend anyone to use them. Especially if this is your first time laying someone to rest.

This review is a year and two weeks late, I am sure God led me to them, from talking to Larry on the phone to him and his staff picking up my son from our home and doing the best job that couldve been done, he looked like he was just laying there resting. I was truly satisfied with everything from beginning to end and would definitely recommend them!

Sadly I had to use their services 3 times in two years. They were reliable, responsible and caring during a difficult time.
