        I have tried calling this store multiple times over the past few days and no one ever answers the phone! I haven't had this issue with any of the other local stores, who have answered promptly. I seriously don't know how this store stays in business this way!

        They were closed when I got there. On the north side of independence Center entrance they couldve put up a paper sign saying they were closed. That would save me some walking.

        Worst customer service ever, they clearly wanted to push us out the door at 5:15 so they could be out at 6. So instead of knowing any of the correct information they lied. Im not sure they care being they have horrible attitudes towards customers and not just us.

        We were going thru some real issues with my phone. Store manager Joel was very accommodating. He put us with Spencer. Spencer took the time to address the issues and make sure everything was right. Customer service such as this should be lauded.
