I was in desperate need to replace a 33 year old water heater that was leaking. Left a message with Doug and he responded within minutes. Told him my emergency and he went beyond to help me. Sent out his plumber Chuck that afternoon. Chuck installed my water heater with professionalism and excellent quality! Couldnt have asked for a better deal on the heater. Professional service. Very kind when asking for small assistance, respectful of home and property when fixing the shower drain leak. NO service fee! Before any work was done, I was told what was needed to be fixed, the pricing revolving that, and if I wanted to proceed with repairs. Reasonable pricing for what was fixed.
