        Did not have a good experience with onboarding. I was already using another platform for managing my business and wanted to try something new after being in business for a year. Started the training with their trainer Pam and it went downhill from there. She is rude and talks over you. I shared a constructive criticism about the software and compared and shared my experience and she responded rudely. After the second training with Pam I did not feel welcomed as a new customer. I felt it best to terminate my agreement and move on

        RETIRED, CLOSED MY BUSINESS, CALL THE NITE BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE NEW MONTH AND TOLD THEM NOT TO TAKE PAYMENT OUT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE NEW MONTH, BUT THEY DID IT ANYWAY. CALL THEM, REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND. HAD TO GO TO THE BANK TO CANCEL MONEY DRAW. DO NOT TRUST THEM WHAT EVER THEY SAY.
