Baustian was very professional, yet friendly in his presentation. He was spick and span in his appearance, was fast, efficient and did an excellent job. He explained everything up front and did exactly as he said. I would recommend him to anyone.

I used IHS for replacing the hot water heater in the crawl space of my home. It was an awful job but Greg tackled it with an amazing attitude. He showed up exactly on time, charged me what he had quoted, and finished on time. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely call again for future plumbing needs.
